Lake No Negroes. Called that because it is one of the whitest areas of the (already very white) Portland Metro area, and has a reputation as being unfriendly to black people.

Along with the comment about Clinton talking about how she loved to eat chocolate, the repeated references to Lake Oswego as a sanctuary lent an unfortunate weird subliminally offensive undertone to the piece (for me anyway).
