I think Obama is willing to concede some drilling with environmental protections. It's not part of his plan, and with good reason. But it is something he'd be willing to go along with in exchange for measures he considers more important. Again, it's TOTALLY his plan.
Jesus, I just realized I'm arguing about which candidate put forward the plan that best matched the one put forward by Paris Hilton. This is stupid, isn't it?
Well we can agree on that! It was kind of my point. I mean the Republicans are staying in Washington, becuase they were refused a vote on drilling off shore and know becuase Paris Hilton said it everyone says it is part of Obama's plan.
You have to remember this whole tire gauge thing was Obama saying inflating your tires would save more gas than drilling off shore.
